YOUR PARTNER IN SKIN HEALTH

Dr Chris Hughes

MBBS, MMed, FRACGP-RG, FSCCA

Dr Chris holds a master's degree and a fellowship in skin cancer medicine. Born in Burnie, he studied medicine at the University of Tasmania’s Rural Clinical School, spent time as a junior doctor in Victoria, NSW, NT and Hobart before returning to the coast in 2013 to train in general practice and skin cancer medicine.

Skin cancer is common, and Chris knows we can make a big difference by diagnosing and treating it early. He offers a ‘paddock to plate’ skin cancer service from skin checks and minor surgery to review of microscopic slides.
